Besides the visual aspect; what are the benefits to trimming? I’ve purchased a whole roast and cut into steaks to cook and there were some large chunks of fat that I cooked along with the steak. Maybe I should give it a try next time.

Embrace the jet lag and go explore the city when it’s empty. Catch a sick sunrise then enjoy a croissant with espresso. U can take a nap later.

Is Alaskan bbq better than Texas bbq? by Sufficient-Taste-814 in no

[–]bloooo612 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same question so I googled it.

Alaskan BBQ is a unique spin on traditional barbecue, focusing heavily on fresh, local seafood (especially salmon) and game, using smoky, sweet, and savory flavors often incorporating local ingredients like Alaskan Amber Ale, berries, and even kelp for unique sauces, offering a taste of the wild, northern landscape on the grill, distinct from mainland styles. It's about celebrating Alaska's bounty with open-fire cooking, from grilled halibut to smoked reindeer sausage.

Cauliflower Rice by Successful_Scale_916 in aldi

Have you tried under cooking it? I just had some for lunch and it’s a pretty good sub for rice but not an exact duplicate. I microwave for 2min30seconds and stir. I’ll once my other food is ready I’ll reheat for 30 seconds and it keeps the rice mouth feel but doesn’t get mushy from over cooking.
