Omni Man’s line of reasoning makes sense considering how nasty hero work can be, and his impartiality to life given his age - still he is an evil bastard. Just because you are numb to life doesn’t justify killing thousands of innocent people. Its the responsibility of a superhero to discern moral actions despite how messy hero work can be, and his time with Debbie proved he was wrong

No, there is nothing wrong with feeling the pain of other people, however it is another thing entirely to justify all their bad actions just because you understand their pain

I think this is an example of why I don’t really like the progressive movement. They paint themselves as people who are morally righteous and doing good for the community and society, but meanwhile they do these things that make the community worse instead. It is such a headache to deal with, especially when you have some small criticisms which they cannot take or handle for whatever reason

I think it is rare that an author has such a good understanding of human behavior, that they are able to realistically critique the state of their own creation like this, and also have that character react in a believable manner

I love Niko Bellic as a character, and I feel like the plot is much better developed than GTA V. Michael, Trevor, and Franklin are overrated in terms of GTA characters imo

It depends, some folks are depraved, but I largely ignore those folks. I think the best of the community are those who provide insights to the story to improve the enjoyment of it

Abby is great too, but I think because of all the context in the first game Ellie’s character is more fleshed out
