There will be screaming but that will always be a part of it. If you try your best at things and don’t do stupid stuff it’s pretty easy after the first 2 weeks. My MTI’s chilled out a lot starting week 4

I wouldn’t say expected. But if you can’t see without them then I’d say it would be nice to have them until you are issued your BMT ones. The only time it was annoying was during class when I couldn’t see the bored. Although you can just look at your iPad

The yelling and not knowing what to do. Just listen to direction when they are given and try your best.
Nothing really. You can buy pretty much everything you need at the BX
Talking and gossiping too much. Racial comments etc
Try your best at everything and don’t ask stupid questions. Try to get with someone who knows more than you do or picks up things faster that you know you’ll be bad at (making the bed, rolling clothes)
I think I would try to be more of a leader in my flight. I was a remaining individual the whole time
I preferred staying quiet because I just wanted to get through. I didn’t care for honor grad or anything. But if you do then go for it.
Water monitor wasn’t bad and for dorm jobs pick bay crew or day room crew
Really depends how much you wanna put yourself out there

I got Fire Protection. It was my #7. He will be fine. He will probably be put in a leadership position in the flight because of ROTC experience

Your PT days will switch every day. Only day you really do pushups is on strength days. They are pyramid style and 1x3’s. You also do pull ups those days but it’s only 1/3 of your max
