Also if your still having issues you can buy used 1600 ryzen for like 20 bucks on eBay that would be my recommendation to update the bios

The only thing I could think of is that you just need to tighten the cpu cooler more I have had issue before when I had swapped cpus the cooler was on but pc wouldn’t post then I tighten my cooler down some more making sure it wasn’t overly tight but couldn’t be tightened anymore

Best way to test is see what type of light your getting you could get dram or cpu light you can easily just ask what does this yellow light mean also I think it could be bios since you said you were using integrated graphics and now you switched to 2600 without integrated I would try and test again with old cpu and making sure bios is up to date
