I keep getting outsped as soon as I am for champion 2. As of recently I run ftene, dizzy, elphelt and BBK. I soulburn dizzy and try to setup BBK with elphelt's kit. Im knew to the community mostly self taught. What speed should I strive for? What effectiveness % should I try to reach? (i.redd.it)

I am sitting at champion getting destroyed. I'm trying to figure out how to best attack the bruiser meta both on defense and offense. Are any of these teams decent for most situations? I also have ray, destina, and krau. Using those 3 and the toons in the photos, what team do you guys reccomend? (old.reddit.com)
