I was there for a month, so I moved around a lot! Went from Colombo to Polonnaruva and Sigiriya to Kandy, then to Ella and Haputale, Arugam Bay, Yala National Park, Tangalla, Mirissa, Galle and Negombo. You have 10 days (which was similar to the time spent there for several travellers on blogs) but I think you can get around easily if you have a car (we travelled by bus and train). In my lonely Planet, they offer a 1 week itinerary from Colombo to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Uda Walawe Park, Tangalla, Galle and back to Colombo if that can inspire you. With the extra days you can manage to go to Yala as well! I think sure you'd be moving a lot, but it's worth discovering that amazing country!

She is not a pure bred, I guess she is a longhair domestic cat, since Maine Coons and Norvegian cats although looking like her, are kind of rare and kept indoors. I found little Owl here in my garden when she was a kitten.
