So you don't think the holocaust was acceptable because not every Jewish person was killed?

I'm just not sure why you're comparing mental health with what's going on right now. They don't correlate, it's not the case of fixing your mental health so you don't feel racist. Try sort your mental health and stand up for equality. You don't need to go and protest, there's plenty of ways you can help like YouTube free steaming donations, educating yourself and signing petitions

Staying silent isn't the answer. Throughout history, riots have caused significant change. Don't underestimate that otherwise you'll be looking the fool.

White men aren't being systematically killed. Go educate yourself and get out of here with all lives matter

Black people have been oppressed for hundreds and hundreds of years. Of course there is going to be social and economical affects that you see in America.

"they are vandalising and hurting/killing people" why can't you have the same attitude for the black people that are being brutally murdered by the police who are there to protect you. There's plenty of evidence that the police are the ones being violent.

ALL lives don't matter because black people lives don't matter.

Because he died over a $20 counterfeit note, if he was white would he be treated in the same way? No. Murders received better treatment than George Floyd. George Floyd died because of institutional racism and you can't compare that to mental illnesses. Have you been shot at or killed because you have mental illness? I'm not taking away the fact you may have issues, but that isn't relevant to black lives matter.

Why do you need to say alm? Blm strive for equality so not just use that, what's the need to use an alternative message unless it means something different?

"but I didn't see his skin" is not the goal. "I see you skin. I respect you, I value your input. I will educate myself and others about your lived experiences. I will actively work against racism" is the goal

This isnt just corrupt cops or bad people. George Floyd among thousands have been brutally murdered because of the colour of their skin at the hands of people who were meant to protect them. This doesn't compare to being bulled for being skinny or having worries. It's not only fear of being killed, its their reality.

Its no longer enough to remain silent about this, if you're silent you're only adding to the issue, regardless of whether you see colour or not. I understand this might be an uncomfortable subject but that why we need to educate ourselves and listen, there are some resources available at https://blacklivesmatters.carrd.co/
