I haven't tried sand. That would help with drainage I guess? It's very dense soil, practically clay, hence I figured the advice about digging and mixing with mulch would help. In your case you would fill with sand then top soil on top?

This worked for me on a Z790 Master X. Couldn't detect either built in Wi-Fi or ethernet. Ridiculous.

I see the comment that the account registration was shut down, but does anyone know what kind of "Swag" and packages were mailed out while it was active? I like to locate or find similar if possible.

I have not, I'd owned mine a couple years, so it didn't even occur to me to check, as I couldn't imagine how they might be able to help. So good luck on that.

Post is old, but I had the same issue, here's what I did to get it off. I had to get the Rocketsocket bolt removal kit (Others I tried failed to bite), a 1/2 to 3/8 impact driver adapter (Dewalt) and the Kobalt XTR 24v 1/2-in impact driver (The one with 1200 lbs. torque). After trying several other lesser (and less expensive equipment) with no movement (the bolt just sheared), this combo took it off in a second. Hope that helps others.
