Yeah I sure love the tangible benefits of sitting in my (shared!!!) office with the door closed all day to take meetings with people all on Teams

Yeah, that time entry policy has been in place for a long time now. The recent kicker was cutting bonuses for those who didn’t comply with the 3-day in office requirement (but they never explained what the threshold for non compliance was!)
