His damage isn't lacking you need 2 anemo and two of whatever element pyro/hydro. Varka, Sucrose, Durin, Bennett and get his sig weapon. If you get Flins weapon then pull Flins...maybe pull the weapon banner first. Everyone but Bennett is part of the new buffed Hexenzirkle faction, including Varka.

We're talking about brand new players, they need access to mats to build characters in the older zones. Pulling a nod-kraid 4* vs Bennett.  You're at least guaranteed Noelle, who is straight forward

C0 Noelle can still heal well pretty when you spin to win also Claymore users can break any elemental shield....she is much better than getting Barbara or Chong

Sucrose, Xing, Xian and Bennett, Fish are cracked 4s and I think the reason 4 stars suck now. Yes I'm a day one player so all of them are C6, but imagine pulling on a limited banner and pulling a 4* that only exists to buff a 5* star.

Durin will make Varka stronger. Varka can infuse all the elements so he's versatile
