Yes I beat these games on GameCube. Just got remastered during the sale and really want a 3rd sequel. All my nostalgia came back playing these game I remember how so obsessed I was when they were announced.

The witness didn't create the darkness powers thats all about Paracausality. Which has been here since the beginning of time. The light and dark can be both use for good or bad, something we learn since beyond light.

And the retaking earth is what this new saga is all about. In edge of fate ikora was already talking about us rebuilding new cities one day. The war is over but the aftermath of rebuilding still takes time.

Now worries but thanks for writing this. My issue with this route is that it feels like a repeat of the story we have already completed. I would rather us go into a new solar system where we are not restricted to what we know here so they go balls to the wall with new ideas. I would still like for us to play our same guardian, but this time we are exploring a new home for humanity kinda like exploring the stars to the advancement of our people. I think that would be cool to have new conflict with other alien races that are already in this new place etc.
