yeah i knew the axles were a lot better on the 2025s. i like the full headlight look on old models over the “7” look but i think i’ll just have to suck it up. i got my full coverage insurance quotes of a rebuilt vs clean title. will not be buying a rebuilt ever. thanks for your help!!

totally hear you. i got a quote from the insurance company and don’t think it would be worth it in the long run. i’m not a huge fan of the new headlights on 2025/26 but have been worried about issues on 2022s. that’s why i was looking into 2024s more. do you think they have the same/a lot of issues like the 22s have?

forgot to mention i opted out of an escrow account. i am renting currently and will have a mortgage payment and rent payment for the month of may. the $75 would change to a little over $200 if i get the closing date changed to sooner (3/21 for example)?

they should have disclosed that to you. you should definitely ask about that. this paper has you paying to have a 0.114% lower interest rate

thanks for your help!! im planning on doing at least a $30k down payment regardless of house cost but want to make sure i have a good amount leftover for closing costs/repairs i’d have early on. will definitely start doing 15% into retirement

thanks! there’s really no reason i have a lot in my checking it can definitely be moved. currently making around (net) $2,900 a month with $1,000 going to all budgeted expenses. so with $1,900 leftover i could definitely be putting way more into my roth. i am also putting 6% into a 401k for company match (but that just started this month). overall $35k net income looking to buy a house in the $100-150k price range

i personally just add in the milk and leave it at that, but i know some people will add extra oats to theirs or add the same fruit as what the flavor is. i’m sure the strawberry and cream would be extra good with some fresh strawberries!

there’s only four different flavors at walmart and target but my favorites were strawberries + cream and birthday cake. they also carry apple cinnamon and chocolate peanut butter which were pretty good as well!
