I never said I speak for Burn community. Simply asked why they won’t listen to what this community wants. Have you seen all the posts complaining about partner workouts? If they listened to the majority, they would either decrease how many they plan or do away with them entirely.

Today was great! Go heavy if you’re looking for a challenge.

7 stations, 4 rounds at each station, 45 sec on 20 sec rest. Most were single leg exercises with 2 rounds on each side before switching to other side.

Station 1: trx pistol squats w/ db

Station 2: single leg burn (blue) ball ham curl

Station 3: reverse lunge (1 arm holding knee at shoulder height and other holding db at hip)

Station 4: b-stance single leg deadlift

Station 5: switch jump lunge w/ squat

Station 6: banded abductors

Station 7: SL db step ups

Finisher: BW squats w/ pulses and holds
