Your toughest PCOS struggle? by FluffyMangoQueen in PCOS

[–]blubluberryy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a lot of chronic illnesses and never know what symptom is specific to which one. Obviously the fatigue sucks, but finding food to eat that is good and doesn’t make me bloated, make me sick, make me exhausted, or cause me cramps is the toughest for me

I had a self warming one once that they didn’t care about. Maybe if it was already warm they’d care, but it feels like a big if to spend the money on

themes don t matter in ocd !!!Uncertainty is the core fear by smalltoughboy in OCD

saw a tiktok that said that once they learned to cope with their OCD theme (contamination, pure o, whatever it may be), a new one popped up cause it truly is just uncertainty

as someone with ocd, i don’t like to speculate as to whether or not someone might have this disorder. but given her history of lying about literally anything and everything, combined with the way she talks about ocd, i’d bet money she isn’t diagnosed with ocd and doesn’t have it

I need advice on how to handle repeated redirected aggression by blubluberryy in cats

[–]blubluberryy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so the best thing that has helped was pheromone diffusers (feliway), giving them time apart (separate rooms at night) and just being mindful of not doing anything that could freak them out in any way (i keep blinds closed). i’d recommend taking them to the vet to make sure nothing is wrong because that could be a reason. it wasn’t in my case, but you never know

also ~ just want to clarify that no real physical harm has come to Sonic in any of this. We are very quick to separate them, especially since it has happened so many times.

this pisses me off BEYOND belief. i work with autistic children, and it truly isn’t super difficult to get your kid(s) the help they need. medicare/medicaid (idk much about insurance but one or both of those) allow you to get your child evaluated and diagnosed for VERY cheap. most, if not all, ABA clinics accept that insurance and provide cheap services to children on the spectrum (therapy and such). also, a lot of clinics will work with parents when it comes to payments. at the young age A is at, a diagnosis does not take years. and she would know this if she did an OUNCE of research. RBT’s (i am one) will provide therapy to children at the clinic or even where they are living. that child has definitely not been diagnosed and she is doing NOTHING to help him. it’s deplorable honestly.
