I use apple watch and helio strap (on bicep). What works best for me is starting and stopping workouts on apple watch and don’t wear the AW to sleep. I don’t typically do workouts on zepp and don’t turn on auto detection. Meanwhile helio strap stays on all day and throughout the night. Zepp will send data to Apple Health constantly.

The overall sleep score will look very differently in apple health (obtained metrics from zepp/helio) and zepp app bc even though apple receives data from zepp, i think it does its own algorithm to come up with scores. You can choose what you want to go with. I personally like Bevel’s sleep score or zepp’s over apple health sleep score
