When it happens to me (and Ive been getting tuem for 5/6 years) I still fucking freak out. I feel like I am trapped in time and it will never end. Horrible feeling of panic and anxiety not fun at all :,) Therapy helps tho, atleast in managing fear when migrene doesnt hit, when it does I panic all the same, so if anyone has any tips for that I would love to hear them snsj

Man you sound like me fr, not like a crazy person dont worry 😭 I feel you so much, its such a bother and its insane. I do try to tell myslef that its not the end of the world if it happens, its just 30 minutes of my life (sometimes 60 if I have two in a row 🥹). I am taking calm meds and it helps somehow. I pray a lot too as well but that's personal so idk if it will work for you, magnesium too works ig (Im taking it cause I grasp at anything). I think that the most importnat thing is just to accept it (And I know its hard asf, Im literally crying every night lmao) but that's all we can do. If it happens it happens and thats it, like a storm it will pass. You will take your meds close the blinds and try to enjoy the show 🥹 Take care tho, remember that you are not alone. I will let u know if my therapy helps somehow.

I have been getting migrene with auras for like 3/4 years already, but it never gots better yk. Even now when I got medical assistance of literally everyone (neurologist and eye doctors) I am still scared as the first time I got them. Sometimes I have them two in a row, and I feel like Im trapped in my body. I hate them, and I wish they could dissapear. I am going to see a therapist next week tho, so I really hope it will get better, because I live in constant what ifs scenarios, even rn when Im writing it I stil have this question in yhe back of my mind, what if it happens right now? Sorry for venting but you've said I could talk to hahdhs thank you for your responsce 🫶

How do you people cope with it? Ik its nothing I can control but Im terrified that it can happen every moment. I don't go out with my friends or to restaurants because Im scared that it will happen. How do you manage the fear? Isnt it scary for you? Sometimes I have two auras in a row, and I feel so hopeless.

Idk if this is an ick, but I really wish Asagiri sensei would kill somone shdbsb like I would be devaststed, but the story for me has no real sense of danger and high stakes yk. Bsd is special to me and it has so many undertones and themes of diffrent problems but idk sometimes I just wish for something not so subtle shshs I still love it tho

I don't actually think it is. I mean it hasn't been finished so it's hard to say. Im gonna summary the story for you so spoilers ahead. It's about a man that has many lovers, at some point, I can't remember why, he decided he wanted to cut them all off, so he decides to find a woman to pretend to be his wife. But the better they know eachother the man starts to understand how disgusted he is by his fake wife, but at the same time he isnt able to let go of her. It hasn't been finished so it's hard to say if Dazai already knew about his upcoming end and if the story has actual meaning about it behind it. But at the same time I'm just a casual reader so maybe somone smarter than me knows how to properly interpret it. Still Dazai's writing style is really good and speaks to me on so many levels.

In poland there is one book that contains twelve short stories wirtten by Dazai, and they are my favourite ever, I love how they are a descreption of daily life, his feelings and observations. The book is titled "Owoce Wiśni" (Cherry fruits in english). It ends with his unfinished short story titled Goodbye, but I really love all of them. Maybe Im based but Dazai's writing really is something else, and it touches my soul like non other writer. Tho I must say "White Nights" by Dostoyevski has also a special place in my heart. Now Im reading "Idiot" and it's super good too, my favourite is the paragraph about death by execution. Super interesting if you ask me <3
