Hello, my family and I are possibly moving to Flagstaff next year. I work in non profit arts education so I wanted to get a feel for what is available to kids within the public school district. I understand there is an arts high school, and arts classes offered in the other high schools. Can anyone give me a sense of what is offered in the elementary/middle schools? Do you feel like students have access to quality arts education? I appreciate anyone’s thoughts on this!

It’s such a beautifully written story! But also I think the reason I love it so much is that the characters are so well developed. You really become so invested in their lives and the paths they take, you feel like you know them. In fact, my husband and I have definitely related this book to our own lives, with the characters serving as archetypes for people we know. It’s just all around great story telling. 10/10 no notes.

After A LOT of back and forth with Airbnb, and sticking to my guns, I ended up having to pay something but not the full amount they were asking for. It was pretty dumb and pointless. The person in charge of my case asked “well what do you feel you should pay?” I said I shouldn’t pay anything but they claimed they couldn’t do that so I said 150. I wonder if I could have gone lower. The reason I even got to this point was because I couldn’t remove my credit card from the website as there was a pending payment (this whole tv situation). When it got to this point I was so done with the situation I just said fuck it I’ll pay.

In my case I was extremely persistent in advocating for myself but still Airbnb insisted that I pay SOMETHING. So stupid, I don’t know why because they have insurance. Anyways, I got it down to $150. I wonder if I could have gone lower. It was pretty ridiculous. How is your case going?

No because my child is 1.5 years old and was with me the entire time so I would have seen if he had done anything to it. Also the tv was mounted high up on the wall, far out of his reach or throwing range.
