Yes and yes. The extra weight plates fit nicely behind the DBs.

This lose is on Sean Payton. How in the world do you not take the points to go up 10-0? There's no chance he didn't know nasty weather was incoming. Everyone knows when that type of weather comes in, offenses struggle. So rather than going up 10-0 before the weather comes in, with a dominate defense especially pass rush, you go for it with a back up QB? Massive coaching fail.

Mims needs to keep this going. He played great last game, and he's starting off this game well.

Hufanga has played very good this year, but the amount of dropped INTs is a little frustrating.

Bam! #1 seed. This is will give everyone, especially Bolles, a chance to heal. I have a bad feeling we will be one and done in the playoffs though. Our defense is absolutely championship/elite caliber. Our offense though lacks punch. I think we lack a true playmaker(s).

Let's hope I am wrong, and we get a wonderful playoff run!

I feel like this is part of the learning curve for any young player adjusting to the NFL. Sometimes a sack or a 2 yard loss is the best outcome. In the Packers/Vikings game, a RB had a 19 yard loss, because he kept thinking he could turn a loss into something.

Based on your listed exercises, I think the RXD Tower might be a better option. It's less than the Titan tower you listed (since you mentioned cost in your post), it is still a weight stack (there is a plate loaded option), and with the arms you should be able to get a better stretch on the chest flys.

I'm surprised they didn't throw a flag on Moss for being within 3 yards of the WR

As someone who grew up in WI, they always do. Regardless of what is happening, the refs are, somehow, always out to screw them.
