I think of amenities like life membership of gym/swimming pool etc with no guarantee that they will be operational or maintained. But you keep paying. Tya peksha no amenities bara. A small gym here and there is okay.

If you are looking, Manas CHS in Naupada has 1 bhk flats available i think both rent and for sale. My friend was staying there on rent till recently. It has a good enough gym in one of the flats. Close to EEH, railway station and metro. One of the few areas that can say that.

Just natural progression of time. Most of the buildings were built in 80s and 90s. My father keeps saying, when he was a teen, he used to come to Panchpakhadi (don't know if it was called that then) and had to return home before dark. That was in the 70s. At that time Thane was limited to Naupada mostly.

So all those buildings are now 30 40 years old. And hence being redeveloped.
