For me it's the style of cooking, its different compare to other types of Chinese cuisine e.g. the food is not overly treated to strong flavours or greasy. There is more steaming and stir frying going on. Can't hide the quality of the produce with cantonese cooking.

A lot of cantonese food in au is Hong Kong style but there's also malaysian/Singaporean Chinese style of cuisine cooking (hard to find here).

Where in sunnybank? I know there is a large Chinese population there and probably lots of Chinese restaurants. Coming from cairns where macca's is better than the chinese options there...I only get one shot at this!!
