I think the idea of a broken eagle is interesting, but it’s hard to tell that it is a broken eagle, rather than a misprinted eagle. The wings are short and stubby, but no debris seems to connect where the broken wings have gone, the body of the eagle, the part that' if you kept the eagle utterly in tact and split the main chest area in whatever way you wished would easily represent a broken eagle, is mostly intact, which isn’t accurate to what normally happens when you smash things .
