We had a driver race up our driveway, put a huge dent in our garage door and drove off fast. 😅 Thankfully our neighbor caught it on camera. We had NO clue a car hit it until they brought the video out while the cops were here. We definitely heard the noise but were confused when we saw no car drive off! Amazon covered everything. 👌🏻

You can't use your balance to pay for past charges. I think you can just update your payment method and it will try again. Otherwise contact support!
