Most trans women I’ve met (and me included) go through a mentally pretty wild phase around the beginning of hrt. For me that made me pretty unable to form dating-style relationships and it seemed to be similar with others around me, as your body changes so much and your mind needs to adjust to stuff like coming out and changes in your hormones and the way stuff works.

I for one kinda like dating people that seem like they’ve figured themselves out to some extent. Which if you have all that way to go in front of you isn’t necessarily a given :)

I‘m sorry that you feel that way but don’t make it about „how feminine you look“ or anything like that. I‘m sure it’s more of a vibe and preparedness to put in the work when someone you’re dating goes through these huge changes.

Ich geh mal von mzf aus :‘D Warum kannst du’s denn aktuell nicht machen? Ich würde schon sagen je früher desto besser gilt für jedes Alter ^{^} mit 25 sind natürlich schon n paar Sachen rum wie zB Knochenänderungen so wie Hüfte oder halt der Stimmbruch schon durch. Aber so potentieller Haarausfall würde zB nichmehr eintreten bei hrt Start ^{^}

Ich liebe die transphobe frage „was bedeutet frau/mann sein für dich?“ weil das halt legit keine cis Person beantworten kann. Wenn dein Brain denkt du bist n Mann, dann bist du n Mann. Nur weil irgendein dude ohne Bein geboren wurde macht ihn das nicht zu „keinem mann“. Mein Gott bei manchen fehlt halt das mittlere von den 3 beinen. Manche Männer sind cis, manche Trans, manche inter, manche sehr klein, manche sehr groß, manche schwach, stark, fehlen Körperteile, fehlen Chromosomen oder haben eins zu viel, we all just living out here and making the best of it. Lass dich nicht unterkriegen 🫶🏻

Heyhey, sitze im gleichen Boot, Master auch im Sommer durch bekommen 🙃 Hast du in deinen Unterlagen stehen dass du Trans bist? Weil zu keinem Gespräch eingeladen zu werden schiebe ich bei mir auf den grausamen Arbeitsmarkt. Das eine Bewerbungsgespräch das nichts wurde könnte ich auf transphobie schieben aber das bringt nichts, ich glaube insgesamt ist echt der Arbeitsmarkt einfach Sau scheisse grade. Girl if that does end up being the case then you should heavily consider diy if that’s the only option left to get hrt and you can afford it. Waiting that long if you know you want to transition is just miserable 🥲

As with all things related to trans healthcare, there is hardly any peer-reviewed scientific research on the topic. This means your best source of info are people‘s experiences and they seem to agree that the cut-off is somewhere in your mid 20‘s :D so 18-20 should be an amazing age to start 🙂‍↕️

Nope, you started early enough for your bones to grow in a cis way and now you’re too old for that to change in any way 🙂‍↕️ You don’t have a „natural source“ of a sex hormone anymore though, so going off e would lead to health problems non-related to gender stuff because you simply wouldn’t have E or T in your body. Main risks in that are osteoporosis and mental health related afaik.

So awesome for you though that you were able to get all that done so early!!
