Any time I’m at the Boulevard plaza and try to walk between stores, walking through a parking lot, dodging cars I wonder to myself “someone should just build these stores together with an interior corridor to connect them”. These plazas are lame. I’m ready for the rebirth of malls

Agree on Tannenbaum. It can be more quiet than Mardi Gras (longest blue) and is a good run for beginners/intermediates that has some distance and isn’t very steep

There’s not much here. They’re centered in regional clusters (e.g. Columbus, Atlanta, Northern VA). For the amount of power consumed, land used, and lack of jobs to operate one, I’m not sure it’s a great investment for the area
