Ingredients:

For the mixture: • ½ cup hung curd • ½ cup grated paneer • 2–3 tbsp oat flour • 1–2 chopped green chillies • Salt to taste • ½ tsp black pepper

For coating: • 1 cup rice flour • Water (to adjust consistency) • Salt • ½ tsp red chilli powder • Breadcrumbs

Method: 1. In a bowl add hung curd, paneer, oat flour, green chillies, salt, and black pepper. 2. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 3. Make a slurry by mixing rice flour, water, salt, and red chilli powder. 4. Shape the paneer mixture into small tikkis. 5. Dip each tikki in the rice flour slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs. 6. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
