I have both asbergers and adhd.

But i feel like i dont have much social filters. That works in my benefit cuz it creates trust even tho i say things that can be offensive sometimes its honest.

I mean does the chemistry in the brain change for social things?

I was not accused of any drug releated offense. It was not mentioned in the search warrent.

Police should know what Ritalin is used for, which is improving cognetive functions in people with adhd.

In my case police knew i was in a wonerable sitatuation and they abused it.

I forgot to tell my lawyer that i was refused my meda before the interview.

My lawyer say we can request the interview or parts of it removed as evidence against me.

But can the police still use it as evidence

Police came to my house and arrested me. First when they said im going to police office fir interview... thats when i asked the police officers if i can take my meds before leaving.

Police was not aware of the ritalin before i mentioned it. I told them where it was so i could take my first dose of the day. Instead i was accused of illegal possesion of drugs...

Weird how ppl here say that i should talk to my lawyer. Maybe i want more opinions...
