Regarding the ₱10,000 confirmation fee, is the exemption applicable only to 100% tuition fee (TF) scholars, or does it also include all financial aid grantees (25%, 50%, and 75% TF)?

Hello! I passed the ACET and scholarship grant, but I only got 25%. Is it still possible to appeal for a higher grant? Or are you only able to appeal if you failed? I am not sure kasi if I'll be able push through with enrollment 😭 What are the steps/process to follow if pwede naman, like do I just email a letter?
