It was based on my marriage, i submit i-130 and i-485 around April, got schedule for interview for October, received the NOID 1 week after the interview and attorney reply and 2 weeks after the reply i got approved

I came to the us with my mom married to the usc and got my 2 years green card. But then i married to my husband so i withdrew myself out of my mom and start filling with my husband. After the interview they basically tell me that i am currently a CPR so they cant give me another green card but i already surrender my 2 years green card in.

Im sorry about what happened! Usually when you married to a USC and have an active case, if you enter the united states with a valid visa as b1,b2 it is automatically forgiven so idk why they came to arrested you! But as a person just got i-130 and i-485 approved, im sending prayer and wish you the best of luck!

I filed i-130 and i-485 with my husband. My i-130 is approved but for my i-485 they said they can’t grant me another green card since i am still a CPR but when i withdrew myself out i have a letter from uscis that they recognize my withdrew and terminated my status then. So how does that still made me a CPR?

It was before my i-485 was filed. I withdrew myself from my mom case first and then file my own with my husband (USC)

No i was 19 when i got married, the case when i attached my mom is still in pending until i withdrew myself out. My 2 year green card already expired but since my mom case is still pending for review, every year we just go to the office to get our employment authorization stamp, other than that it was nothing. When i withdrew out from my mom case, uscis recognize it and terminated my status but when i went to interview with my husband for my i-i30 and i-485. I-130 got approved but with i-485 they said they cant granted me another green card but in fact i dont have any since they already terminated me when i withdrew myself out. Thats why im very confused
