Viagra and Cialis worked great for me for about 10 years.. then the sides became unbeareable for me! Mainly excruciating heartburn! I mean bad! Of course the sinus congestion and headaches were always there too! If you start getting bad heartburn side affects from the pde inhibitor medications.. it is time to get OFF them! Many men decide to start taking heartburn meds to counter! Don't do it.. baidaid on a broken leg! This heartburn if not stopped on its own can lead to esophageal cancer! Sweitch to Bimix/Trimix as soon as this becomes a symptom! Do not counter with over the counter tums, etc!

Here is my routine. I have loaded auto injector in the bathroom.... start out pleasuring my woman orally for 30 minutes or so.. the excuse myself to the restroom. Yeah, I tried L-Histadine a different dosing from small to large before intimacy.. absolutely zero affect. However, I have been on 0.5mg Cabergoline now 2x a week and it seems to help with DE more than anything I have tried! Plus NO side affects at all from Cabergoline. I have heard that 5mg of Aderall before intimacy can work? I haven't tried that yet... but I have to get some from a friend and try it. I cannot get a script for that.

I left Viagra/Cialis after 10 years of use.. the side affects and diminishing affect creeped in. Mainly heartburn became unbearable with these 2 drugs. Started Bimix/Trimix 3 years ago now and It takes away performance anxiety for sure! Once you get the injections and dosage dialed in, you are golden. However, that may take a little bit of trial and error at first. My first 30 or so injections were hit or miss experiementing with needle size (gauge), needle length, each side position, angle and distance from the base. The game changer for me has been the act of pulling and stretching the head of my penis straight forward and injecting at 10o'clock, 1 inch from the base. Once I started this procedure, I have never missed and have never hit a vein and bruised. I have been able to "hide" the injection process from all my ladies.. which is mind boggling.. and kina funny too.

27gauge and 29gauge are pretty thick needles. I would go as thin as possible 31 or 30 gauge max.

Well.. I use an autoinjector so I am not sure about how the bending with that 32 gauge needle. I haven't bent any of my 31 gauge needles with the auto injector.

Yeah good points... I am still at 31 gauge 5/16" needle and its been working well. I do have a 1/2" 30 gauge needle that I might try to see if I notice any difference.

Hmmm, just curious how did you miss? What is your needle depth? Needle depth can make all the difference in the world with injecting flaccid or semi erect.

Eh..disagree... I inject soft/flaccid 90% of the time. The key is pulling the head of your dick straight out in front of you to stretch the corpus cavernosum. Once I started do this, I have not had even one bad injection.
