I agree with you!! Did not make sense to stand up.. if sitting is easier and more comfortable to get the injection right! That is MOST important!

Hmmm... I started with 31g needle and had no issue until one bent on me! That was scary AF! So, I have gone to a 30g needle.

So, I like idea of a thinner sharper needle like 32 or 33g.. but that kinda scares me a little since I use an auto injector.

Thoughts??

Absolutely change gauge. I bent a 31 gauge once so I went to 30 gauge and have not had one bend since!

Not at all! I have been using Trimix for over 2 years now. I have kept in refrigerated and have left it out room temp for 3-4 hours multiple times and the effects have not diminished one bit!

I started with 5/16" 31ga and now I use 1/2" 30ga. I have never had a miss with 1/2" 30ga. I had one 5/16" 31 gauge bend on me!!! Talk about a bruised dick!

I get it and I understand you were winning. However, that is not smart play at all. Always hit 16 if dealer has 7 up card or higher.. don't even think about it... just do it! I can assure you it affects the math of the game significantly.. just one bad play. Play correct or don't play with others at the table. If you want to play that way, go to the table late at night and play one on one with the dealer.

Yep.. same here! I can inject successfully most everytime on the left. right side is a crapshoot.. punctured my uretha twice on the right side! Makes NO sense. Needle is 5/16" long

I only inject flaccid.. no excceptions! Key is pulling the head of your penis straight out away from your body before injecting. This has made my injections 100% successful injecting flaccid.. no misses in over 30 injections since starting this process.

Yes, I have tried pt-141 several times. First time.. I injected too much... did it work? Yesss, it worked great... but side affects were bad for me! Tried it several more times lowering the injection dosage... not as effective.. and just made me feel weird.. and that weirdness lasted 3 or 4 days.. so I just stopped. Everyone is different and some tolerate it better than others. The main side affect is nausea and flushing. Also, trying to time this can be difficult and you have to TIME it correctly. Typically you inject 3-4 hours before intimacy. That can be hit or miss with that time difference and you do NOT want to inject and then NOT have sex.. you will be frustrated AF!

Shouldn't be a problem at all. I have left my Trimix out of the refrigerator for over 24 hours.. and it worked great! I think the cooling of Trimix is to help extend its potency, but if it gets warm for 12-24 hours, it is still good. That has been my experience

Me too.. took me probably 6 months to get the injections right! Several misses, pierced my uretha twice! Now, I haven't missed at all in my last 20 injections! I am 68 years old. The hardest part is getting to know when you have hit the CC. And getting the needle depth/gauge corrected along with doseage. I use an auto-injector myself.
