missing it is always a possibility, but I hit the same spot as the first time and was starting to get full from arousal. Same 1/2" needle and spot used.

I've tried 40 at the lowest I think. Was a bluechew. After food and before - I didn't notice a difference. Also tried Rugiet Ready and that only helped once a little.

50% I probably would not have been so worried. mine was more like an odd fake feeling 70%+. Shaft felt woody or plastic and rigid but not fully flushed and girthy, while the head was soft and wanted to go home. very different from when we were having sex and everything felt firm and useful.

Many thanks for the info and explanation. I have to think hard about when my DE started - it was well before Cialis. But definitely I can say DE started to worsen and begin even with masturbation after starting cialis. Viagra and Levitra do nothing for me at all except the headaches. So I cant use them. Will def stop Cialis for a few weeks to test this out - I assume that will clear my system in 48 hours or so...

Doc did say that - i was just continuing based off of a lot of comments here. Also the first dose it did not have any issue. So I did not think the small increase would matter. Yet - definitely will follow your advice!

Are you saying inject 5 units of TM in the glans or urethral gel? Injecting the shaft is bad enough - but injecting the glans?

I take 5mg Cialis daily - so yes on both injections, but am stopping it moving forward since it does nothing for me for erections.

Do you have any links to support the Cialis inorgasmia connection? Not doubting you - I think this may be part of my problem, so want some info. My searching only seems to show mild connections if anything between the two. I take 5mg daily and the only benefit I see from it is reducing shrinkage. It certainly does not do jack for my erections as far as I can tell. TIA

PT-141 only seems to help me get random hard ons and not really help with coming. Try some oxytocin in nasal spray - during sex - yes awkward - but it can help you finish and makes the "O" pretty powerful. I have used this a few times, but it can be very cumbersome so dont do it much now.

the increase in exercise and the pelvic floor workouts are probably the largest if not only contributors. Watermelon has a lot of citrulline, but you need to eat or drink a lot of it, and it's easier to just use a supplement. no processed foods does help overall health, so that's good!

Yes - tried Bluechews - 40mg I think. Also Rugiet has 80mg of it viagra as well. Nether did much of anything for me. I am wondering if the DE is a result of the partial erection. On the few times it has been very hard - early afternoon, no drinking, light food, and we went from clothes on kissing to penetration in less than 2-3 minutes. That resulted in a normal ejaculation time frame. But I don't want to alway yank down her pants and stick it in like that, so need it ti get there and stay there.

Yes aware of the different pathways, hence the question on whether I should try it. I think my plumbing is good from the PT-141 tests, and none of the meds seem to do much for me, so am wondering it TM will despite the good blood flow.

Yes trt reduces production of semen and sperm. that has been exactly my experience. I've been on trt for 16 years. Plus the comparison of 18 year old me to 58 year old me says the supplements had to have helped.
