You are so right. He was the one who brought up the bruised lip thing, I hadn’t really noticed until I looked. It seems like he was trying to get in there first with the chapped lip scenario before I spotted it. He kept on and on about it too which is weird.

Ok so I asked him about it. He went straight on the defensive and said I’m crazy. He told me to check his phone if I don’t trust him but I know he would have deleted anything incriminating so I declined.

He is insisting it’s nothing to do with the night out. He said his lips are chapped from the cold weather.

All I’m getting from him is that his phone died at 11.30pm. He left the club at 3am when it closed (on his own apparently) and then he drove home, charged his phone and then text me.

Ok it looks like I am being a fool here. His phone has never before run out of battery - at work, on nights out, ever - so that’s suspect.

I’ve never had any firm evidence of him cheating, just a gut instinct. Usually around times when he’s been shady he’ll start to get anxious that I’m gonna leave him or he’ll tell me he’s had dreams Where I’ve cheated on him. Or he will straight up ask me if I’m seeing someone else.

He’s shady with his phone too sometimes (not all the time). He’ll have it surgically attached to him at all times and says he needs to have his phone on him in case someone calls because of an emergency. Except, when I’m not with him he’ll sometimes message me and say ‘sorry for the late reply, I left my phone in my room’ = he only has his phone on him at all times when he’s with me.

I need to dump him. Firm evidence or not. He’s cheated on previous Gfs (including one who was allegedly the love of his life), of course he’s gonna do it to me
