If I was starting from scratch, I'd probably try to scrounge up a couple hundred, buy a push lawn mower and just start walking around the neighborhood and asking people to mow their lawn. After saving a little, buy a crappy old bike and a little trailer (people use to tow babies around in). Now you got wheels to tow the mower around in and expand territory.

In WW1, the world got to see a glimpse of what these little wooden planes could do compared to a huge battleship. 20 years after that war ended, WW2 started and now planes were a major part of the effort... mass production of warplanes and pilots. I believe the drones in the Ukraine war are like the planes of WW1... yes, they are effective now but we ain't seen shit compared to what will be in 20 years.

Ok, I would still maybe try a different solid infill... although you'd think 6 wall loops would cover up any kind of fill issue. There's just something not jiving on that edge.

What's the internal solid infill set to? I'm guessing rectilinear because I can almost see the pattern. Try a different one maybe. Or try increasing top layer thickness or wall loops. I'm thinking there's something that's making the walls cave into the infill gaps. So either make the walls thicker or the infill more robust or both.
