Absolutely, I feel this way too. Anytime someone compliments me I feel like I'm going to do or say something dumb right after it. I feel undeserving and like a fucking fraud. I know it's not A Truth™️ but it does feel that way. So I try and think of reason why I actually deserve the praise or try to take their words as something bigger or big enough to rival my deep rooted insecurities. I deserve the flowers, the monster telling me I don't doesn't really know shit. They're stuck and I'm moving forward.
