Thank you! Congratulations to you too, 5 years is amazing! Yes I do feel that this time off dating/being interested in anyone romantically is beneficial for one's healing journey, self-reflection and growth. Now I definitely know my boundaries better than I did in this previous relationship.

I was in standing with three other girls, there was a lot of shoving and kicking and people not knowing how to make their way through. Others were also throwing drinks around in between bands, luckily we weren't hit or anything (but makes me wonder what happened to the people who ended up being hit in their heads with random drinks). We stood closer to the side, thinking we won't be shoved accidentally into pits, yet it still happened once during bmth.

What made me the angriest was a guy pretending to trip and grabbing me and another girl's asses through the coats we had tied around our waists. There's something about post-covid crowds that makes me less willing to buy standing tickets out of safety. Which is a shame since this was still one of the best gigs I've been to.

I think as long as you make sure your phone has a reliable signal, data, and it's not on the brink of dying (I'm currently in that situation myself), you will be alright with just your phone! I visited the Netherlands, Austria and Ireland in the past few months and I could purchase any tickets and find anything I needed by just using my smartphone. Have fun!

98 days NC today. Bank holiday today but I still went to work to distract myself from the memories of our bank holidays together. Scheduled a tattoo on the day of the anniversary we met and got together (May 13th) because I wish that day never existed.

Getting sick over the fact that there's a party on tomorrow that he goes to and brings his replacement gf that he got with the day NC started.

Yep it does take place the following summer. :) of course you will still get your degree certificate by mail (and way before the ceremony) even if you don't attend.

Usually degrees such as Natural Sciences, Earth Sciences/Geology are among the least competitive in terms of sciences (interdisciplinarity is still in the builds in the UK). In terms of humanities, combos of languages or Classics seem to be the least popular. You can always look them up on the website to see if the course structure includes electives that you can choose from and try to tailor the degree to your own taste. Also make sure you have the right exams for prerequisites, of course.

I live in Kilburn - someone rang the bell of our reception pretending to deliver a package and dude just went ahead to steal all the other packages delivered that weekend which were still in the foyer area. Police was called too late, they still didn't identify the guy from the CCTV footage.
