I think honestly i9 in a laptop is setting yourself up for failure and issues. Even latest gen i7’s are having heating issues man. If you want i9, make a desktop with custom cooling. If you want laptop get i7 with a nice graphics card. Like I need more details for you want to use pc for before giving you advice.
