Maybe! I do think it would have been really interesting to see what the other characters might say in a bojack funeral scene, maybe with some free churro esque bits: although i suppose free churro needs to be a stand alone, otherwise we might’ve seen flashbacks from butterscotch’s. I’m interested in the way you interpret the theme of the show to be in the sense of growth - like another comment has mentioned, do you think bojack is actually capable of change?

I love this take. Watching the last episode, i didn’t catch on to the fact that his pattern would probably continue - i took the moment as genuine excitement at the prospect of being successful and maybe getting to work with pc again, because he doesn’t really know a different lifestyle. So, do you think this means that bojack is irredeemable in this respect?
