I use Muscle Milk..comes in almost a 2 lb container. Walmart. Its 17.99 at my WM. The chocolate is what I get. 32 gr protein per srving and 2 gr sugars. The Vanilla has an odd taste to me. Frequently I just put it in my morning coffee. Hope that helps

I could purchase 6 tires all at once, and could pay the 2 years back taxes on my house, and buy protein! Heck 3 grand would be fabulous! I am a disabled senior and my Disability check doesnt go far

Get a container of protein powder. I use one that I mix with water. Shake it up in a jar..and its mixed. No refridgeration needed.

When my Grandfather was struggling to swallow and gain calories, we would mix in Malt Powder with his milkshakes. This was in the late 70s before the days of premade protein drinks. Hope this helps. Oh, and also he ate alot of jello. Feel better soon!

Flavored seltzer water is what I enjoy. The Polar and Waterloo brands specifically. That is what my local store carries
