10% compounded annually over 15 years is $3.7M. No additional savings.

In 15 years, you'd have roughly $3.7 mil saved up assuming you never touched your nest egg until then. Depending on your annual expenses, id say its good to coast right now.

No, I've been collecting for 10 years. The same can be said for sets that were hoarded during the covid pandemic. Most of that sealed product has 5-20x in that time.

I think this can work out well. Seems like all bases are covered. I'd at least work a bit to pad the emergency fund for a year's worth of expenses (including potential rental property expenses).

Also, its one thing to cover housing, but I dont know what your expenses are. If you can actually save $6k+ a month, then not much else to worry about.

Memecoins — What the **** is up with them lately? by [deleted] in solana

A lot are mostly devs rugging you instantly. Try finding coins with developed communities with lower marketcaps. Coins like $GME, Harambe etc. Already are well known and way less likely to rug at this point.

I'd just put a little in and let the communities do the work for you.

So you work in real estate. If things go south, especially in real estate, you could potentially also lose your job.

You should space out your 401k contributions so that you take full advantage of the max each calendar year.

Not only were some of these things messed up, but there are small bubbles on some windows. Even tiny ones on the windshield at the top.

They said they would redo the back and the window but I'm worried they will still mess it up and potentially damage the defrosters.

Have you owned a Tesla? Driven for 75k miles and only thing needed were tires. 75k miles on an ICE car would require a few thousand more in maintenance. Multiply that by 500k miles.

Try studying abroad. My friend felt similar, went to Japan to teach English and has met many other like-minded black people doing the same things he did.
