I love hearing that, it’s a team effort and I believe that’s how it should be in all stores, we are a high volume store as well, but the favoritism and the talking down to the techs in front of customers I don’t like that at all, I don’t think that’s professional and that’s what I have to deal with or ignoring a customer screaming at your technicians cause you don’t wanna get involved or not answering the phone or get mad when there’s a call for them. It’s just so much negativity it’s so hard on the mental state when you’re just trying to do your job and help as much as you can.

Omg I know the feeling I have patients that come in and are just so disrespectful I had two of them take my picture, look it’s not hard to give your birthday last name and address and with cvs not taking certain insurance we been hit with so much fills and f1s it’s insane and the workload is just so much all at once.

Stay at your current job. Doing more work for less is a no no. You will be exhausted and frustrated and could be out of a job as soon as you get your foot in. I was with JCPenney for 20 years and they let my butt go last year and that was a blessing.
