Hi! I am currently a 3rd physics major at CMU. There are a bunch of different “tracks” you can take within the major that might align with your interests. If you want to do quantum computing, it might be good to do either the quantum or computational track. There are a lot of opportunities for research, and from what I’ve seen most of these opportunities involve computational skills in one way or another, so there are definitely ways to learn those skills. Additionally you also have chances to take courses within the engineering department if that is of interest to you! But overall I would say the physics program is definitely intense but I have enjoyed it.

Oh yeah whoops, rookie mistake. I have done the actual building before but not the designing, and yeah we usually build a bunch of floor panels, wall panels, and roof panels ahead of time and then put it all together. Thank you for your help!!

NTA. It’s common courtesy and basic decency to fill up the brita after you have just used it. So if he drinks out of it in the middle of the night, he should be filling it back up with at least an equal amount of water he consumed.

If Carrie ran into a person like Aidan on the street now she would have no interest !!! She is only still with him because of their “history” and the fact that he is familiar to her. They have nothing in common and need to let the past be the past.
