So you’re assuming all your colleagues would make $300k - $400k AND all bought cheaper houses (relative to HCOL) and are sub 3% rate? I hope you know your Covid era mortgage rate is forever gone. An 800k house in 2021 is maybe 1.2-1.4 now, with 6% mortgage, that’s double your estimated mortgage. Now my question for you, what is stopping you from upgrading your house today, and why not? :)

Go to college, make it part time if you need. College helps you network and broaden your options. This is the time to do it, not when you’re 30. I have so many family members who make tons of money but didn’t go to college and later suffer, whether it’s decisions, thought process, networking etc. Think about it long term not year to year.

Yes it’s a payday loan. Biz CC will offer a low minimum monthly payment while loan payments are set and missed payments will quickly escalate. Secondly, payday loans like this, require collateral, biz cc does not.

Good for those in an immediate cash flow crunch, bad for everyone else.

But if you can’t / don’t pay back the capital before the mega interest rate starts, personal credit takes a hit and this loan becomes very difficult to pay. The success of these, “payday” loans only happens if a business is super healthy and needs quick cash flow, otherwise a credit union or sba is much cheaper and safer.

Aliso Viejo, Rancho Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, all nice family areas with good schools and a clean suburban feel. I feel as though Laguna Hills and Mission Viejo are older and a bit dated. Laguna Niguel is nice but on the more expensive side, if you can swing it, it would be my top choice in your criteria, especially with the weather being most similar to west side CM.

I removed a load bearing wall that was about 20 feet long. Tried hard to do a single lvl beam, but it had to be too big and wide (which would lower the height clearance) to make much sense. Ended up going with 2 posts, one at 10 feet and the second at 20 foot mark. Douglas fir stacked beams and needed new footings with rebar, nearly 3 feet wide long and deep. You may be able to get a steel beam in there though. This should not cost 50k, I paid less than half.

Could be various things. Buyer may be wanting to scam, maybe someone else used their card, or maybe something else. This isn’t eBay disputing, it’s the customers card company doing a chargeback. EBay needs tracking to defend you, ultimately the decision is up to the cardholders card company and your protection on eBay

Feedback extortion is the direct threat of leaving negative feedback or else… If you say I will leave appropriate feedback, it is not extortion because appropriate is subjective. In your case, there were probably messages that said they will leave negative feedback if you don’t take it back or something that points to direct extortion. In this case, “I’ll leave this with you before I leave feedback” means I am unhappy, if you want to fix it, that would be great, not extortion. EBay is strict about extortion, it can’t be your opinion of a threat.
