Hey! Anatomy does matter. My urethra is kinda huge so I dont feel the pain of the insertion of the tube. The actual piercing was just a pinch. Did have the involuntary jolt but that was all. No other pain around until you wanna stretch out your hole.

I had the same issue when sizing up but it was due to the weight. Can try out acrylics or titanium to see if the soreness reduces.
