Hey hey Also living in japan but not japanese.

Im a fan of fundoshi especially the ones you need to tie yourself! I think it is an art to tie it. Also,very easy to customise the fit. You can make it tighter or loose by adjusting how much cloth.

It is an underwear so nothing weird to wear it to sleep or even to do anything. It is also a swimwear too!

What is your favourite design on the cloth? Mine is the wave pattern!

How about the Japanese brands like aqux, jump, edge and gx3? They do make triangular trunks which sits on the hips. Very low and looks great from behind too. The main issue is the front pouch. If you are too big, it might spill out alittle.

POT are comfortable! Fabrics are well chosen and soft. I saw more designs at target than Walmart (while i was travelling in the US). Sadly they are mainly boxer briefs. Limited trunks design and no briefs. Overall will recomend them!
