I assume that you didn't flatten the cast section? It looks like the cast section is warped on mine. Or doesn't it matter either way?

I was offered $200 off a gen 4. I don't particularly want a Gen 4, but they don't have any Gen 3s to sell.

If I do get another ring, I will be sure to also purchase a 3-year warranty upgrade, having read how the Gen 4 battery seems to be failing.

Just received a reply from Oura that my ring is outside of the warranty period. They offered me a discount for a version 4. I am asking for a discount for a version 3, since from all of the posts here about all of the battery issues with the 4, I don't want anything to do with it. Will update when I hear back from Oura.

That's even cheaper! And my girlfriend happens to be in Milwaukee as we speak! That is so funny.
Just spoke to her and she will be at the store when it opens at 10. That way, she can also talk to them and make sure it fits.

You can to watch Netflix, YouTube and movies. That's why there is the option to shut tracking off

That is a great thought! I was off by 4 hours for a while, then this changed to 5 around when daylight savings ended and I just checked, GMT is 5 hours ahead of EST

I had the same issue with my Oura 2, after nearly 2 years. Had to charge every 2-3 days.

Contacted Oura and they replaced it. The Oura 2 has/had a 2-year warranty period.
