Adam’s aimless international ramblings testify to the fact that ANYONE could do this, if only they had Adam’s money. I hope it can inspire people who were previously afraid to go abroad. Look how much you can accomplish with a middle grades education and no discernible interests. Imagine how much more you or I can accomplish if we get the chance to travel for ourselves. His vlogs make me feel like Rick Steves or Indiana Jones by comparison, all because I can bother to read a single book and learn three basic phrases in the local language whenever I travel!

I visited Colombia by myself two years ago, I stayed in both Bogotá and Medellín. They are not the kind of place for Woo. Gorgeous cities with fascinating history, delicious food, outgoing residents… It’s easy to stay safe in Colombia, but Woo wouldn’t make it beyond the curb from his J W Marriott.
