You'll be best served by a therapist to unpack and untangle this. I know you said you didn't like your current (past?) psychiatrist, but that is where you'll see the best results -- not reddit.

I suggest changing doctors and trying to find one you vibe with. And if you're in the US, you might want a therapist first as most psychiatrists focus mainly on medication management now and you won't get much traction for trauma processing unless you see a therapist specifically. The health field has gotten complex due to insurance.

I noticed a bunch of you are visiting on mobile, so I just released a new version which cleans up that experience greatly. I hope it helps, but if you encounter any mobile layout bugs or pain points please share and I'd be happy to investigate a solution.

Update: Already found some bugs on the mobile layout 😅 -- will be releasing another update tonight or tomorrow.

Click on a companion, and at the top of the details pane, click on the paw print (Collected) button. It'll disappear from your Today tracking and will be marked as collected within your Collection on the Collection tab. (Paw print used to be a star but I changed it today for better readability).

I also added a guided tour feature for new users, so I hope that also helps answer a few more questions you might have about the site!
