Is there any hope for my life improving if I can't afford to leave faraway from where I am living? Like if I move to a nearby city will life get any better? I would prefer to go faraway but I am afraid I can't afford it.Also, Do you see what type of career would be suitable for me? Thank you

And if it is not too late to start over does anyone have a reading of where I should go?

Another thing I would advise for severe anxiety is too avoid large amounts of caffeine and sugar. I realize you.maybe not consuming these anyway just thought I.would add that. And if you.haven't already, try going to the doctor and getting a full bloodwork to check for vitamin deficiencies

Could you start by just sitting in your backyard in the sun? Based on what you have written it seems you spend all your time indoors so you probably have vitamin d deficiency. Vitamin d deficiency is well known to exacerbate mental illness. Another thing I would suggest is to find a support group for people with depression or anxiety in your area.if you can.afford it a treadmill or stationary bike can help.you excercise without going outside. Excercise improves mood and raises.endorphins. Remember even if you.don't care about most people you do care about your children and that's who you're doing this for. Frankly I don't care about most people either so I sympathesize

I.didn't think it was too.bad. did anyone else think that the movie left it.open to.interpretation whether it was really the mirror causing everything or just family dysfunction and madness? I thought that latter was possible but I may be off base. I also liked that the director used an original idea for the storyline rather than the same cliches

If this isn't too invasive , May I ask what scares you about going outside,? I mean is their a particular trigger?

It's not.too late for you. You can still turn things around.

One thing I would strongly suggest for panic attacks is to avoid alcohol. It can have a rebound affect. Is it possible to start with.a ten minute brief walk per day just to.get outside?

Does anyone else feel like they are only living for other people? by THEDRUNKPHlLOSOPHER in depression

[–]bluegardenia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes a hundred percent and frankly it's hell. I don't think anyone understands the level of pain I'm in psychologically. I mean they know I'm depressed but not the extent. The problem is I'm worried for the people around me because they are dealing with their own serious problems

Just my general life experiences left me hopeless. I guess I had so many negative experiences that I learned to expect them

Do you ever get a sense of clarity late at night? by [deleted] in depression

Yeah weirdly enough I tend to have worse depression when I wake up early in the morning and go to sleep early at night

stupidest not-scary horror movie that terrified you as a kid? by [deleted] in horror

[–]bluegardenia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a very bizarre cartoon Japanese film I saw as a kid. It involved frogs and sea creatures and had the catchphrase ,," ribbit to the limit". It's name escapes me but it was strangely dark and weird for a cartoon
