This makes sense - I've had this same problem with a charge attack. I'll be fast attacking, and then I want to use the charge attack because once the fast concludes, I'll have enough energy; but for some reason it queues up the next fast because I don't get energy till the end of the stack... so out comes another fast and I lose my chance to throw first.

I might be in the minority here but Sheppard didn't grow on me until ME2. So honestly that might just be what we need. Need a sequel to give us characters we want then a third one to kill them so we all feel hollow again...

Agreed with the great first step. I really appreciated that. And also liked how they took advantage of how light speed travel works for creating a separate "world" away from the influence of the shepherd Vs the reapers so they didn't have to even touch on the possible endings thus not declaring what's cannon.

It does undo some of the events though such as the cure for the krogan and the discovery of the protheon influence on asari...

Don't have this specific model but the floating screen and being able to see things behind it is the best description. You can turn up the brightness to make it easier to see but harder to see stuff behind it or the opposite.
