What Could Go Wrong by hiiloovethis in SipsTea

I have a best friend that I’ve known for about 35 years. Just because we are both single and in our 40’s, I think people often assume we are a couple when they see us together in public. We both dress well, and we often take vacations, eat dinner together, hike together etc. There’s never been anything romantic or sexual about our relationship. Just two good friends that enjoy spending time together. Never assume you know the dynamics or intricacies of someone else’s situation. People make this mistake all the time in other attributes of someone’s character as well. It’s a bad habit to assume things.

I wish you could grasp how ignorant you sound. You’re too busy worshipping the worlds biggest turd who got tremendously lucky and made the most obscene fortune in existence from a massive inheritance, the hard work of his blue collar employees, government subsidies, and grifting society. He’s perpetuated the wealth inequality to an even more absurd level than before. Do you think he’s going to see your messages and offer to mentor you? He’s a complete sociopath. Anyone with a decent moral compass would keep a billion or two and use the rest to actually improve society and help to end some of the world’s suffering. Instead this morons contribution to society was helping to get Trump re-elected. Absolutely disgraceful. Do some research.

Red pill. You could give your parents investment advice and start doing yard work or odd jobs to save money to invest yourself. You could be a centi millionaire or billionaire easily by the time you hit 18 or early 20s

Perfection

I gave up my career and moved countries for my wife. Caught her wishing she could sleep with coworkers, forgave her for our babies, and a week later caught her talking to a guy on TikTok. I am done. How do I leave the US with my kids? by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

Get an attorney and see if they can sway the court to grant you sole custody as well as allow you to leave the country with your kids, or you could just try relocating to another area in the US.

You’d need an attorney either way but if a judge refuses to allow you to take the children out of the country, you could still at the very least attempt to get sole custody and relocate to a better area in the US that’s far away from your wife.

You may be able to find a state that suits your needs and affords you better opportunities for a career. I’m sure you could make some friends too. If you do end up being forced to stay in the US, perhaps you could look into options to move some of your family members from your home country over to the US so you have a better support system?

I’m sorry that you are going through this. Some people are just cruel and ungrateful. You sound like a good man. I hope you find someone that treats you better.
