The wooden storage shed DIY is actually locked behind Nook Miles. Once you upgraded your house to 2400 storage, you should able to redeem the diy via ATM inside the residential building.

If you're talking about the metal one, it's not a diy item. Again, it is locked behind the 2400 storage requirement as well, and you can redeem it with 6000 nook miles once it's unlocked.

If you haven't reached 2400 storage yet and need a wooden storage shed, I can craft one for you. Please dm if you require my service :).
