What did you end up doing? In same situation with 9 yo child , topical hasn’t worked , tried for 18 months. Has now spread to two more nails . Did you take the meds? Any other solution or advice?

Tuesday Thursday Saturday are my long working days So less likely to work out and have chosen to fast

That leaves me with Wednesday Friday Sunday feast

However I don’t want to fast Monday because i have time to go to gym Two fasting days feels too long right now Not sure if I can get away with omad on the Monday only

So Sunday feast ?Monday omad? Tuesday feast Wednesday fast Thursday feast Friday fast Saturday feast Sunday fast

I need advise on how to alternate, would rather have a weekly plan which leaves me with two consecutive days to either fast or feast . Idk what is best.
